Shipping

 

All orders must be signed for otherwise the carrier is not permitted to deliver your order and delivery may be delayed.

 

Upon receipt and approved payment, we will ship out within 7 business days if your item is in stock once we have prepared your order.

 

Depending on your location most deliveries will then arrive at your door within 7-14 days after they have been sent out by us.

 

After we ship your items, you will receive an email which will include the freight company’s web site link along with your tracking number. This tracking number may not be active in the freight company’s online tracking system for up to 7 days.

 

We cannot deliver any products to a PO BOX address.

 

We can currently deliver to South East Asia including China, Australia and New Zealand, Russia, North America, Europe including Norway and Switzerland and UAE. Orders are sent out from Hong Kong. 

 

Back Order or Pre-Order Items:

Due to the popularity of our Products, we often experience backorders and sometimes your shipment may be delayed for longer than we originally anticipated. If this occurs, we will keep you updated on the status and provide approximate ship date.

 

If you have pre-ordered an item before it is in stock then your product will be sent out as soon as it is available to do so. Details of any delivery date for a pre-ordered item will be on the product description page.

We will provide you with an estimated shipping date at the time of ordering if you are placing a pre-order and update you via email if that estimated date should change. 

 

Please note if there are delays with packages held up at customs or at any other stage of your packages journey then we will be in touch via email and provide estimate of when the package should arrive with you.

We do not bare any responsibility for any delays that a delivery company has delivering your packages.

 

Any import fees, duties or VAT must be paid by the customer before final delivery.

In most cases the delivery company that is handling your delivery will get in touch with you before final delivery to arrange payment for this if any is due.

If any fees, duties or VAT is not paid then the package maybe destroyed by the carrier or they may arrange for it to be sent back to us. If the package is sent back to us then we cannot refund the cost of delivery or the cost of having the package sent back to us. We will also deduct any fees that we have had to pay the delivery company for the failed delivery.

 

Depending on your location we will use various delivery companies to send your delivery to you. In most cases this will be either UPS, Fedex, DHL, EMS, SFexpress or similar companies.

 

Please make sure you provide a contact telephone number at the checkout stage of paying. This telephone number will be used by the delivery company if they need to contact you at all to arrange delivery to you.
